Hello AutoUncle hiring managers! You will partner up with your recruiter to follow the below steps prior to all recruitments being launched.

Initiating the recruitment

• [ ] Initial call completed with your recruiter (discuss how the recruitment process will go/next steps)

Part one

• [ ] Part one of the profile description completed
• [ ] Kickoff call with your recruiter (deep dive candidates we are looking for/specifics of the role)

Part two

• [ ] Advert completed
• [ ] Part two of profile description completed
• [ ] Interview plan in place/discussed with your recruiter
• [ ] Scorecards created
• [ ] Case assignment (if applicable)
• [ ] Final call prior to launch completed with your recruiter (ensure we are ready for an enjoyable recruitment process for candidates, the hiring team and all stakeholders involved)
